Refund Policy

At Total Labs, we are committed to providing reliable and timely testing services. Due to the nature of laboratory testing, our refund policy is structured based on the status of your sample submission:
1. Full Refund – Sample Not Yet Sent
If you cancel your order before your sample has been shipped to our lab, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us immediately with your order number to initiate the cancellation.
2. Partial Refund – Sample Received, Results Not Shared
If we have received your sample, but have not yet processed or shared the final results, you may be eligible for a partial refund. A processing fee will be deducted to cover handling and material costs.
3. No Refund – Final Results Shared
Once final test results have been completed and shared, no refund will be issued. This includes results delivered by email, phone, or online access.
